At Pressed Word Co., each order is carefully prepared. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping and delivery options at checkout:
FedEx Ground® (1 Day)
UPS Standard® (1 Day)
UPS Express Saver® (1 Day)
Local Delivery — $5.00
Shipping rates (excluding local delivery) are calculated and shown at checkout before your purchase is completed.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for select addresses within our service area. If your address qualifies, the option will appear during checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin once your order has shipped. Pressed Word Co. is not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pressed Word Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If something doesn’t look right with your shipment, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All sales are final as items are made to order. Pressed Word Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to shipping delays, carrier issues, or customer error. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us at orders@pressedword.com.
Product Care
To keep your piece looking its best, wash items in cold water on a gentle cycle. We recommend hanging to dry to help prevent shrinking or fading. Please avoid ironing directly over the designs, as heat can damage the print. A little extra care goes a long way in keeping your garment looking great.
